Overview

Share View allows users of Array Server or Array Viewer to share an active View with authorized other users.

Input Data Requirements

Any currently active view can be shared.

General Options

• Title: The user should specify a title for the shared View
• Description: The user can provide a description for the view
• Viewer(s):The user can specify which other users or user groups of this ArrayServer can see this shared View

Output Results

The shared view will be given a unique view ID. This ID can be used to find the shared View in Open Shared View.

In addition, the default E-mail program will be automatically opened for you to send the shared view link to other people, similar to the screenshot below. This link will allow users to download an ArrayViewer client to see this View.
