OmicPrint view

There are three OmicPrint views/function in Omicsoft, two in land and one in analysis tab:

• Alteration.Omicprint: Alteration Omicprint view shows alterations of all genes searched in the current view, limited to DNAseq alterations (mutations and copy number).
• Other View -> Custom Query OmicPrint: OmicPrint based on custom query input;
• Add Omicprint Table: It allows users to generate Omicprint using their own data, such as the data saved from Land OmicPrint view.

If you search a list of genes, the Alteration.Omicprint will show the view for searched genes. The view is based on gene level summary for CNV and DNA-Seq mutation.

If you want to have combination of gene level status and also Amino Acid level status, you should add Custom Query and check the Custom Query OmicPrint. Steps:

You can further add more custom query, or even add query based on SampleSet grouping and meta data:

You can further export the data in Excel or In Editor and modify this table to customize a better OmicPrint view in Analysis tab | Add data | Add Table | Add Omicprint Table.
