Browse Lists

To see the available set of lists, the user can choose the "Browse Lists" option which present a "Choose List Type" window.

The various list types include Variable, Observation, Project and Test lists. Upon selecting a list type, a tree structure is returned, including a category structure for the lists. The user can edit lists, delete lists, or download lists depending on their access rights to the list.
