AWS Cloud EBS storage logic

To make AWS Cloud analyses as efficient as possible, OmicSoft Suite attaches EBS storage to EC2 instances based on input data size. This approach allows for sufficient storage for each analysis, without wasting resources by attaching a very large storage volume for every analysis.
The basic logic is to include a minimum 200GB for temp storage and reference files, plus:
- Oalign (alignment jobs)
- Standard alignment - 4x input data size
- Alignment with fusion calls - 25x input data size
- OSummary (other analysis jobs)
- Standard summaries - 2x input data size
- ConvertNgsFile - 6x input data size
- Sentieon add-on - 20x input data size
